Galloways Non Dead Center Engine
Galloway of Manchester , England invented the first Non Dead Center Engine and this is the first version built in 1938. The two cylinders are 90 degrees out of phase so that when one piston is at top or bottom dead centern, the other piston is in position and moyion to aid the piston off of these vulnerable points

After running this engine in for a year or so, I dis-assembled and nickle plated and painted it.

This is the beginning of machining the decorative sides of the circular base.
Here are the parts of the engine painted and nickle plated after I hasd run it for a year or so.
